What do you do with my data?

Do you save my pictures?

No, Pique Pic does not save your pictures on our servers. Your images are processed locally on your device and sent directly to the recipient. If you choose to share your puzzle through MMS, the picture is stored temporarily on your device and sent via your messaging service provider.

Do I have to pay data charges when sending a Pique?

Yes, sending a Pique through MMS may incur data charges depending on your mobile carrier's messaging plan. We recommend using Wi-Fi to minimize any additional charges.

Can I use Pique Pic without an internet connection?

Yes, Pique Pic works offline for creating and solving puzzles. However, an internet connection is required to access premium features, download updates, and watch ads.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

If you uninstall Pique Pic, your progress and any unsent puzzles will be lost. Premium memberships or restored purchases can be reactivated by reinstalling the app and using the same account credentials.

Can I share my puzzles on social media?

Yes, once you've created a Pique, you can save it to your device and share it on social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook.

Why can't I create more Piques?

You are given 10 free Piques when you first use the app, and then you can create one free Pique per week. For unlimited Piques, consider upgrading to our premium membership.
