• All photo processing is done entirely on Your device. The App does not upload or store Your images on any external servers owned or managed by Us.
• When You choose to send images via SMS or MMS, Your images are transmitted through Your mobile carrier service at Your expense.
• Efforts have been made to ensure the App does not handle or transfer any user data or images through Our servers.
• We display only non-personalized advertisements within the App to unlock additional features or content.

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• App refers to Pique Pic, the software program provided by the Company.

• Device means any device that can access the App, such as a smartphone or tablet.

Data Collection and Use

Personal Data

The App does not collect or store any personally identifiable information. All processing and image handling occur directly on Your device.

Photo and Image Processing

The App requires access to Your device's camera and photo library to enable You to select, edit, and send images. All image processing is done locally on Your device, and no image data is transmitted to or stored on Our servers.

Sending Images

When You choose to send images using the App, the images are sent through Your carrier's SMS or MMS service. You may incur charges from Your mobile carrier for these messages, and We do not have access to the images sent or any associated data.

Advertisements

Our app displays only non-personalized advertisements to provide additional functionality, such as unlocking extra Piques. Non-personalized ads are based on contextual information, such as the content of the app or general location (e.g., country-level). These ads do not use device identifiers or track Your activity across other apps or websites.

We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display these non-personalized advertisements. You can learn more about Google's policies on data handling through their Privacy Policy.

To opt out of seeing ads entirely, You can upgrade to our premium subscription, which disables all advertisements within the App.

Data Collection

The App collects minimal data required to display non-personalized ads, such as general app usage statistics or crash reports. These are used to improve the user experience and do not include any personally identifiable information.

Children's Privacy

The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has used the App inappropriately, please contact Us.
